THE CONFIDENT WRITER - 1:1 EXECUTIVE LANGUAGE COACHING (SIX WEEKLY SESSIONS)

1. Service Description

The coaching package includes six (6) live, one-to-one language coaching sessions conducted via Zoom. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and is tailored to the client’s professional and language goals. Clients also receive free access to bonus materials, such as pre-recorded videos, worksheets, and other resources. These materials are

provided as a courtesy only, are not sold separately, and are intended solely to support the live coaching process.

This is a live, human-led coaching service, not a digital course or automated product

2. Pricing and Invoicing

All prices are stated clearly before purchase. Payment is required in full before the first coaching session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices are issued in accordance with Italian tax law under the regime forfettario, with the appropriate exemption noted: "Operazione non imponibile ai sensi dell’art. 7-ter del DPR 633/72.”

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of the service and the time reserved specifically for each client, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made, including in cases of partial use or non-use of the sessions or materials.

By purchasing a coaching package, the client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

4. Scheduling and Session Expiry

Sessions must be used within six (6) months of purchase. All sessions are scheduled in advance via mutual agreement using an online booking system or direct coordination.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule a session, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice in writing (e-mail and text messages are also acceptable).

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the session, and the session cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) are also non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

By booking a session, the client agrees to respect this cancellation policy.

6. Client Responsibility and Conduct

Clients are expected to:

• Attend sessions on time

• Communicate respectfully

• Engage actively with the coaching process

The provider reserves the right to discontinue the service if a client engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property and Bonus Materials

All materials provided—whether during live sessions or as bonus content—are the intellectual property of the provider and are for the client’s personal use only. These materials may not be copied, shared, sold, or repurposed without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The coaching service is educational and supportive in nature. It is in no way meant to be considered therapy, legal advice, or professional certification training of any kind. The client is solely responsible for applying the strategies and skills discussed in the sessions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the coaching service and/or booking sessions, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
