This lab explores what happens in the seconds between having an idea, and sharing it.
Participants will explore why capable professionals sometimes stay silent, hesitate, second-guess themselves, and miss opportunities to contribute. Most importantly, ample space will be set aside to allow participants to practice speaking with confidence in a supportive environment.
